Job Description:

Becker Staffing is in a search for 1 - IT Recruiter/Account Manager/Sales Assoc. and 1 - Pharma/Biotech Recruiter/Account Manager for its’ Bala Cynwyd, PA location. The Recruiter/Account Manager/Sales Assoc. will need at least 2 years experience in either field of expertise.

We offer a solid base salary (competitive in the industry) with a tiered commission structure (better than industry standards), profit sharing….

Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of Sales/recruiting experience in the IT or Pharma/Biotech fields. We are looking for a solid work ethic, a positive attitude and strong intuition.
