The role will initially be Recruiter, which is phone-based. This position entails identifying excellent candidates to fill the role requested by our clients. You will develop general recruiting skills. You will help the sales team succeed and in turn you will be training for a Senior Sales Associate role. You must be comfortable making dozens of warm calls a day, qualifying prospects, building relationships as you progress towards closing sales. You will need to have excellent communication skills, must be able to build strong relationships quickly and demonstrate a dynamic personality to succeed.

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years experience with Sales and or Recruiting. Must have a 4 year college degree.
