RESEARCH RECRUITER
This is an addition to staff with a growing entry in the recruitment research segment of the executive recruiting industry.
We represent multiple client companies throughout the US in a variety of industries, including: retail, banking, and logistics. We identify and develop candidates for our clients in a variety of disciplines, including: operations/management, product management/marketing, merchandising/planning, finance/accounting, human resources, engineering, transportation/logistics, and information systems.
As a Research Recruiter, working with an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop qualified and interested candidates for specific client’s positions.
REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking curious and creative problem solvers who are capable of thinking outside the box.
Qualified individuals will also posses strong interpersonal and telephone skills along with strong oral and written communication skills.
A college degree is preferred with 2+ years of experience in sales, human resources, customer service, recruiting, or related field.
Qualified individuals will also be proficient with the Internet, email and Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
