REGULATORY LICENSING & PERMITTING position in Manalapan, NJ

REQUIREMENTS
BS Environmental or Engineering Degree6 years experience in licensing and permitting in New JerseyThe applicant will be working with internal Project Managers seeking the necessary approvals to proceed with large site developments, school additions, highway/infrastructure expansions, and municipal upgrades.
The applicant must be well versed in the following regulations: NJDEP Landuse Regulations, Soil Erosion and Sediment Control, Stream Encroachment, Stormwater Management, TWA, Water Allocation, Spill Prevention, NJPDES Discharge to Surface/Ground Water, Safe Drinking Water, DOT, and County Roads/Planning.
Coordination with clients and regulatory agencies to advance approvals require strong verbal and written communication skills.
