RECRUITING MANAGER
Yoh HR Solutions, a leading provider of talent and outsourcing services, has an immediate, full-time, opportunity for Recruitment Program Manager to provide onsite support to our client in Schaumburg, IL.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our Recruitment Program Manager will reside on the client site to maintain stable and consistent service delivery to our client. This will involve managing a onsite team of Yoh Recruiting Coordinators and a remote team of Yoh Recruiters in our Talent Acquisition Center.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Recruitment planning- meeting with client HR managers and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and communicate to Yoh Talent Acquisition Center.
* Sourcing strategy & execution- facilitating the continuous development of marketplace intelligence and areas to expand talent pool.
* Diversity sourcing- supporting client driven goals in the areas of diverse candidate slates.
* Requisition management and EEO tracking.
* Conducting selection debriefs with managers and providing on-boarding support to managers.
* Day-to-day client relationship management and oversight of designated work activities.
* Accountable for the use, training and triage of RMS/ATS technology applications between Yoh, its partner, and client.
* Development, generation and summarization of data and reporting for overall program management and accounting activities.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate recruiting for diverse skill sets in a high volume area.
· Excellent communications skills (written & verbal).
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Skilled in candidate screening & interviewing.
· Knowledge of state/federal labor laws and guidelines (including EEO).
· Ability to work within contractual time constraints to meet objectives.
· Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; web-based applications; applicant tracking systems (ATS); Internet. Experience with HireDesk is preferred.
· Flexibility in order to meet customer needs and deadlines is a MUST.
· Ability to work in a diverse, multi-cultural, team environment.
