BOTH, Inc. is searching for an energetic recruiter to staff managers for our 19 restaurants. Position is full-time, salary plus benefits, and based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate!Candidate *must* have 1-2 years experience in recruiting/staffing/human resources. Must possess dynamic personality and be comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and in person. Candidate must have strong computer skills (Word, Excel) BA/BS in HR, Business, or Social Sciences desirable
Responsibilities:· Review resumes, applications, test scores, and other available information on candidates before selection and hire.· Interview management candidates both in person and via telephone to assure proper qualifications for openings and recommend qualified candidates to Vice President of Operations.· Use online resources (Monster, Careerbuilder, etc.) to advertise positions and source candidates. Create newspaper and other ads in periodicals for open positions.· Correspond with and coordinate recruiting efforts with third party recruiters.· Administer the hiring processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all paper work.· Assist in administration of employment background investigations· Compose offer letters and administer new hire paperwork and orientation.· Other duties as assigned.Interested candidates should email or fax a cover letter, salary requirements, and resume to:Email: [Click here for email]
