RECEIVABLES MANAGEMENT ADVISOR 2

EXPERIENCED RECEIVABLES MANAGEMENT ADVISOR FOR COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT. Evaluates customers' financial situations and negotiates for full payment or creates terms for repayment. Responsible for initiating outbound calls, accepting inbound calls, monitoring and working with customers delinquent credit accounts between 90 and 210 days past due. Use auto-dial system to initiate customer contact and determine reason for delinquency. Perform skip-tracing duties to locate customers. Responsible for resolving moderate to complex problems by selecting the most appropriate resource available and recommending an appropriate solution. .
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:* 1+ years of collections experience or 2 + years equivalent banking experience

Proven ability to develop customer rapport, problem solve, and respond to customers needs

Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills

Excellent computer skills with experience in a windows-based environment

Demonstrated multi-tasking and verbal communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent
* Preferred Skills:* 6 months of experience working in a fast paced/call center environment
