Primary responsibilities include:




Traveling up to 75% of the time to conduct on-site clinician and facility audits throughout a given region
Working to ensure our members receive the best possible treatment from a network of high-quality clinicians and facilities
Attending team meetings by phone to stay up-to-date on issues and discuss inter-rater reliability
Developing your own travel schedule
Sending letters and samples of audits to providers
Scoring audits and writing audit reports
Tracking and documenting all activities

Job Requirements:

Must be independently licensed in the Mental Health field as an LCSW, MFT, LPC, or PhD or possess an RN license. Managed care and behvaioral health experience is also required. Quality improvement knowledge would be ideal, and NCQA and JCAHO familiarity would be a plus. Candidates must have basic computer proficiency and a Master's degree.
