Quality Assurance Analyst

Experience:

Four or more years experience in Quality Assurance, Applications Integration or Development areas and/or Systems and Network Engineering organizations. Demonstrated accomplishment in successful multi-technology high performance, high availability Client-Service Oriented enterprises. Prior experience building Quality Assurance frameworks as well as Software Testing scripts and Test Plans.



Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:



1.) Broad-based knowledge of application and integration of current and leading edge Information and Communication Technologies from Applications Development/Integration, Systems and Communications Engineering, and/or Quality Testing and Assurance experience focused on delivery of high performance, high availability maintainable client solutions delivery.

2.) Knowledge and successful experience in building and maintaining appropriate, secure Production, Test, and Production Migration environments to deliver consistent high availability, high performance systems that fulfill client requirements.

3.) Knowledge and experience building and leading successful Information Technology Quality Assurance engagements in multi-technology, multi-client high availability, high performance environments.

4.) Knowledge and experience in designing, building, testing and delivering documentation, practices and procedures.

5.) Strong business acumen and positive leadership capabilities.

6.) Excellent communication, negotiating, and ‘positive sell’ skills required to firmly, yet positively maintain a tightly controlled environment through effective ‘Quality Assurance’ disciplines while providing maximum degree of client service responsiveness capability.

7.) Excellent project formation, organization, communication and management skills, including financial and risk assessment and mitigation capabilities.

8.) Ability to function effectively with minimum supervision independently and in real and virtual task or project-oriented teams.

9.) Client focused and results oriented; effective vendor management skills.

10.) Effective in developing and communicating ideas, processes, and proposals.

11.) Self organized with the ability to exercise good judgment and fiscal disciplines in managing partnerships.

12.) Up-to-date working knowledge of latest ‘Quality Assurance Testing and Capability Development’ techniques and practices; active participation and leadership in leading ‘Quality Assurance and Testing’ professional organizations.



Duties and Responsibilities:





1.) Directly responsible for development and management of an appropriate ‘Quality Assurance’ function that assures delivery of high quality & high performance for client business satisfaction systems, on a consistent, repeatable basis within reasonable time constraints across a multi-client and multi-product portfolio.

2.) Directly responsible for designing, building and delivering robust multi-stage software testing, systems assurance, and production migration secure environments for consistent delivery of high performance, high availability predictable systems for all clients on an ongoing basis.

3.) Directly responsible for designing, building and implementing Test plan and use cases at client location on out-of-the-box as well as proprietary applications
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
