Deloitte Consulting's growing state and local public sector practice is seeking Senior Managers, Managers, Senior Consultants and Consultants.  Experience in any one of the following segments is preferred:  Health and Human Services, including, Child Support, Child Welfare, Child Care, Medicare, and  Medicaid, UI Benefits and Tax, Worker's Compensation and Workforce Development Solutions, Criminal Justice, and Transportation.
 
Our continued growth supporting Health and Human Services in Pennsylvania has created the need to add talented technical staff in our Pittsburgh, PA office. For each position listed below, experience with Human Services or other
State/Local Government agency systems is preferred.
- System Architect - 3+ yrs.' exp as technical lead for application development using Microsoft COM+ and .NET.  Microsoft certifications a plus.
- Business Analyst - 3+ yrs.' exp with interactive software development including requirements, functional design, application testing and user training.  Outstanding conceptual and communications skills a must.
- Developer - 3+ yrs.' Exp in application design, development, and support using Microsoft COM+ and .NET development. Microsoft certifications a plus.
- Mainframe Programmer - 5+ yrs.' exp. in the support of online/batch system hosted on IBM or compatible mainframe utilizing COBOL 390 and/or COBOL II, MANTIS, as well as complete experience with JCL.
- Help Desk Consultant - 2+ yrs.' exp in responding to questions and user requests in a help desk setting.  Must be customer service oriented and possess excellent communications and
presentation skills.
 
  Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  Proven experience in team environments. 
  Willingness to work in a fast paced and collaborative setting.
