Project Mgr-Non Supv - Meetings

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the execution of complex Expense Management consulting in support of the Business Travel value proposition. Primary area of focus will be related to strategic Meeting and Event management . This person will manage several project teams for multiple clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with project management experience. Up to 50% travel required.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Manage and execute engagements relating to all areas of consulting: Air, Hotel, Car, Policy, Meetings, Online and Compliance

Operate in a team-oriented environment with a strong sense of responsibility toward team members and engagement objectives

Manage, develop and mentor analysts on assigned projects

Manage profitability of projects

Ensure deliverables and high quality and meet client needsTHIS POSITION WILL BE LOCATED VIRTUALLY.Job RequirementsMINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree. MBA a plus

5-7 years of business experience, management of people is a plus

Demonstrated ability to think conceptually, using strong analytical skills

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and experience at managing client expectations
