Project Manager/Engineer

An environmental and civil engineering design and consulting services firm is seeking a Project Manager/Engineer. This firm has been in business for over 87 years and was recently ranked within the top 100 environmental firms by Engineering News Record.

Job Objective: To provide environmental and civil engineering consulting services to the firm’s wine industry clients.

Key job responsibilities include:

1. Provide engineering support to senior client manager through proposal writing, business development support and technical assistance.
2. Conduct project engineering work, such as studies, design and construction management.
3. Conduct data analysis, report writing and presentations to clients and agencies.
4. Negotiate scope of work with clients.
5. Direct and support junior staff.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have:

1. Knowledge of winemaking and winery facility processes.
2. Previous project engineer and consulting experience (i.e. internal consulting group).
3. Facility engineering experience with an emphasis on wastewater or wastewater treatment-related issues, preferably in industry.
4. Minimum of ten years industry experience.
5. Bachelor of Science in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
