Project Manager, Advisory-Records Risk Management

We are currently seeking a Manager to join our CFO Advisory Services (Records Risk Management) practice in our Chicago office. This position could also be located in other major Midwest cities.CFO Advisory (CFOA) Services professionals are “trusted advisers” for the CFO and other finance function clients. With a focus on financial analysis, operations, controls and performance, our professionals bring leading practices and recommendations to clients to help streamline and create more efficient processes with the finance function.Responsibilities:
Serve as project manager for records risk management engagements

Drive team performance in the area of client service delivery by managing client deadlines, communications, time tracking, workplan scoping and planning

Serve as central point of contact for client and team regarding all project related activities and deliverables
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Ten years of relevant work experience, including general PMO, records management or IT related project management experience

Experience leading teams, mentoring staff, evaluating performance and providing performance feedback

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Exceptional interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives and team members

Microsoft Project experience

Willingness to travel up to 75 percent of the time
