As a nationally-recognized provider of architectural and engineering solutions, we have an immediate opening at our Philadelphia, PA regional office for an experienced architectural project manager for educational (K-12), higher education, healthcare, sports, correctional, municipal, public safety, and commercial projects.Responsibilities include management of client relationships and daily project team management including work planning, scheduling, staffing, status of project deliverables, project profitability, and QA/QC of project documents and design functionality. Requires BArch or MArch, 7-10 years experience, professional registration (PMP certification and NCARB a plus.)
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidates will have a portfolio that demonstrates successful management of past projects of various sizes and complexity. In addition, candidates must have good mentoring and delegation skills, strong organizational skills, and show an emphasis on motivating the project team and maintaining client relationships. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and experience with AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office/Project desired.
