REQUIREMENTS
As a Project Leadership Consultant based in the San Francisco Bay Area you will build upon your consulting, process reengineering, and project management experience to partner with your client's organization, taking responsibility for the design and implementation of new business processes and/or management of large systems integration projects. Strong IT project leadership skills are a given; your attitude and approach to working with Fortune 500-caliber clients will be the most significant factor in your success. The ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of a client organization from the A/P clerk to the CEO is crucial. Clarity in both written and verbal communication, combined with excellent judgment, a high level of self-awareness, and focused listening skills will help you navigate even the most politically charged environments. Much of your time will be spent paving the backroads of communication between individuals and teams with competing objectives to resolve the issues that often stand in the way of a complex project's successful outcome. Unlike some consulting firms, our goal is not to be viewed as the "expert" with the "answer"; instead your mission will be to marshal appropriate resources to develop the right solution for your clients.
