Project Lead / Planner / Coordinator

Mercury ITG, Project Planning, Risk Management, Facilitate Groups IEES program

The selected individual is needed to facilitate the utilization of Mercury ITG as a management tool for:

* the Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment Services (IEES) program,
* monitoring and reporting compliance with IEES program policy regarding the management of issues, risks, and project plan,
* providing documentation and knowledge transfer of Mercury ITG business implementation facilitation to other departments,
* ensuring the use of Mercury ITG tool in a manner that provides best value,
* assisting in developing recommendations for improvements in the of Mercury ITG on the IEES program
REQUIREMENTS
Mercury ITG, Project Planning, Risk Management, Facilitate Groups IEES program

* Min. 8 of years experience with project planning utilizing Mercury ITG or comparable tools
* Min. 8 of years experience with issue and risk management, preferably utilizing Mercury ITG
* Min. 8 of years providing leadership, mentoring, coaching, and knowledge transfer related to the utilization of management tools, preferably using Mercury ITG on the IEES program
* Min. 8 of years experience using management tools to monitor and mitigate project issues and risk, preferably using Mercury ITG
* Demonstrated ability to facilitate groups and document results utilizing Mercury ITG or comparable tools

* Experience developing / documenting training plans, curriculum and knowledge transfer
* Experience in mentoring staff in the use of management tools, preferably using Mercury ITG

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, MIS or related area preferred.
