Project Lead Consultant

This position will design, implement, and coordinate planning, process engineering, technology development/implementation, procedure documentation and organizational strategies. Additionally, this position will assist in organizational transition to new/re-engineered processes & methods and advise & support the E&P and R&M business units, as well as the Corporate Office and the Office of the CIO.
Financial, analytical and project management skills to support projects are essential for success in this role. Incumbent will structure projects from inception through completion, including defining scope, approach, solution design, project management, and implementation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree required. MBA preferred.- 5+ years experience in business transformation and strategy consulting in a significant consulting firm, or, energy industry specific experience, as well as experience in strategic planning and / or IT investment management.- Clear expertise in business process improvement/reengineering, quality management, performance measurement/management, communications, leadership, strategic planning, and change management.- Strong team leadership skills- Ability to work with all levels of the organization; interactions may include coaching, interviewing, workshop and meeting facilitation, training, surveys and presentations.- Excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.- Must be willing to travel, as necessary. (Travel heavy at times).
