Job Description: Summary
Project Phoenix is a multi-year strategic project whose objective is to replace current legacy billing systems for DHL Express USA with a single billing system. It is the final element required to complete the full integration of the US Express business and is of strategic importance going forward. The primary driver of the project is to increase our customer satisfaction with billing and to enhance our ability to efficiently and effectively launch new products and services in the future.
Tasks & Accountabilities
Project Coordinator will provide project management and administrative support for a large Enterprise Solutions project team. The team will be made up of multiple workstreams supporting specific components of the Order-to-Cash business process. Team members will be both internal and external resources. Additional responsibilities include: The development and maintenance of project standards including processes, tool sets, and documentation formats.
Project plan maintenance including milestone / deliverable tracking and critical path monitoring.
Support the Project Account Manager and workstream leads in tracking and reporting project expenses at a workstream level.
Support workstream leads in resource acquisition and management.
Support project leadership in developing and communicating project status.
Issue monitoring and escalation.
General administrative support as needed.Skills & Qualifications
.Intermediate-level professional contributor. Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline and 2-5 years experience in related field or MS/MA and generally 1-3 years of experience in related field. Professional certification is required in some areas. Additional qualifications include:SAP large project experienceUnderstanding of ASAP implementation methodologySAP Solution Manager experienceProficiency in MS Project
