About the NMDP
The National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) is dedicated to creating an opportunity for all patients to receive the transplant therapy they need, when they need it. We are committed to extending and improving the lives of patients by creating and delivering innovations in cellular transplant therapies. The NMDP has facilitated over 25,000 transplants since 1987!

The opportunity
In this exciting, high-visibility position, located in Minneapolis, MN, you’ll play a vital role coordinating recruitment and community development projects and strategic recruitment plans. You’ll also ensure proper allocation of resources as you help develop long-term relationships with internal departments, donor centers and other network partners. We’ll also count on you to develop and implement a project request process, compile status reports, coordinate schedules and more.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in business, management or related degree. Four years of related experience in addition to the experience listed below may be substituted for a degree.
Five years of related experience
Two years of project management experience performing requirements definition, analysis, and design
Three years of experience implementing large-scale, cross-functional projects and managing budgets.
Two years in a sales development environment
Ability to create and deliver executive-level summary reports and presentations
Some travel required
