La Hacienda is currently seeking a Program Counselor / Case Manager for our Austin, Texas location. La Hacienda is a privately owned addiction treatment center providing intensive outpatient services in Austin. Our treatment program is based on 12-Step recovery principles and our goal is to provide our patients with quality care. How do we accomplish that goal? REQUIREMENTS
Program Counselor - Adult Program

We are seeking a dedicated, energetic professional to assume primary responsibility for assessment, case management and counseling of an assigned case load. Duties include:
assessment
treatment planning
individual and group counseling
didactic groups
charting
communicating with family members
referring agents




Our Ideal Candidate

holds a current Texas License (LCDC, LPC, LMSW)
five (5) years experience working with chemically dependent patients
Bachelor's degree or graduate degree in Human Services field preferred
experience in relapse recovery prevention is a plus
knowledge of ASAM levels of care and documentation is a plus
