As a Professional Recruiter you will:
• Source candidates who are the best in their field.
• Interview, assess, and advise candidates to help place them with our clients.
• Work with clients to develop position requirements and then match qualified candidates who possess those skills.
• Help with business development efforts through direct sales, marketing and networking.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients and candidates.

Requirements:
• Previous sales experience – could be in retail, hospitality, insurance, etc. Will also consider recent graduates.
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet recruiting tools
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• No relocation assistance available. Local candidates encouraged to apply.
