Professional Placement Recruiter

The Professional Placement Recruiter is a newly created position for our Brookfield office. The ideal candidate is an energetic team player with recruiting and sales experience. The Professional Placement Recruiter will focus on Accounting/Finance and Sales positions. The Recruiter will develop new clients as well as recruit professionals.
Responsibilities include:
*Identify, recruit, and interview industry professionals to build an active database of qualified candidates. Conduct interviews to qualify the candidate’s professional strengths, accomplishments, motivations and personal career objectives.
*Generate viable job orders from customers – taking accurate job descriptions and understanding company requirements and cultures so that an accurate match can be made.
*Submit appropriately screened candidates to the customer, guiding the placement process through finalization including negotiations of salary, benefits and fees. Develop candidate presentations highlighting professional achievements and references.
*Prepare candidates for client interviews.
*Spend dedicated time actively marketing to management level executives both candidates and positions through telephone, e-mail and correspondence.
*Actively build sales by engaging in inside/outside sales to develop new accounts and further penetrate existing business.
*Negotiate placement fee agreements and employment offers with key decision-makers in a variety of industries.
*Collaborate with branch teams, account representatives and managers in order to further client relationships, increase orders and gain new candidates.This position offers a competitive base salary, plus commission.
