We are looking for a talented Siebel Production Support Manager for one of our projects
located in the New York City. The Production Support Manager manages the technical side of day-to-day production issues and activities as well as managing on-going releases of bug-fixes and enhancements. The role will have around 8-10 direct reports on the Siebel side, but over half of the responsibilities and activities are related to cross-team management and coordination between:
 Business users community with the technical community
The various technical teams (e.g. developers, infrastructure admins, legacy system owners etc) and upper management
 Off-shore (India) and on-site Siebel development resources.
Qualified candidates must have a broad technical understanding to better facilitate issue resolution and closely manage the technical work. Must have at least B.S. degree or equivalent and 8 + years of relevant Production Support experience with at least 4 years in a  Project Management//leadership role. 
5 plus years of managing project teams including offshort development
.
Create  and manage efficient project plans
Efficiently manage emergency situations, including required communication and facilitation of issue resolutions
  Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  Siebel 7.x development experience, including integration (EAI), configuration and data loads (EIM)
Some UNIX experience, preferable on AIX
Some DB2 (UDB) experience
General infrastructure and architecture knowledge
