Production Artist 2

Production Artist - Level 2(part time, 20 to 30 hours weekly) Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Flash and some experience with 3D Max.

Work as a Production Artist helping out a creative services team. The group works with advertising in a video game format and converts campaigns to match format. We are looking for someone who is creative, but we are also looking for someone with experience and who would be able to handle a production environment for a 1 year contract. NOTE: This is NOT a design job, but a great opportunity to build your resume. You will be working on the reformat of various media to match environment. Ensuring quality of current campaign and preparing some mock ups for sales team.

Job Duties:
Creates graphic elements using traditional or digital tools including detailed illustrations, photo-compositions and graphic backgrounds.
Offers creative solutions to resolve problems with templates.
Works with Writers, Editors, Design Team and Tools people to resolve difficult production issues.
May assign work and maintain production schedule.

Job Requirements for this Production Artist 2:Candidates must have an educational background in game design and have strong skills with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Flash and some experience with 3D Max.


2 plus years work related experience is required.
Must have experience in a Windows environment; in some cases familiarity with Macintosh environment is required.
Must be familiar with Microsoft products.
Must be proficient in PhotoShop, FreeHand, Debabelizer and have experience with other tools.
Expertise in media authoring tools may be required.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail may be required.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design required or related experience may substitute for degree.
