Product Marketing Sr. Consultant

The candidate will be responsible for actively managing or participating in the management of Dell's Global Client Services portfolio, as well as planning and driving a product line extension roadmap to meet corporate and services growth objectives. Typical activities will span customer need and opportunity identification, new service line extension investigation and definition, customer research, competitive analysis, business case development, best of breed portfolio analysis, and portfolio management for an existing services portfolio.

Success in this role will be measured by:
the growth and profitability of Dell’s client services offerings
impact of the client service offerings on overall Dell revenue, profit and customer satisfaction targets
REQUIREMENTS
Detailed knowledge of Dell's services organization. Candidate must be a self starter who can deal with ambiguity and changing priorities. Needs good communication skills, problem solving, and organization skills. Must have a high drive to deliver results to customers. Needs experience with Excel and developing PowerPoint presentations. Bachelor's degree with minimum of 4 years experience in related field. Product Management experience and MBA preferred.
