Product Administration Consultant

Responsibilities: This consultant is on a senior staff in the Product Administration Department and is responsible for ensuring accurate documentation for our client's products. This position will be a key SME involved in new product/plan design implementations and will ensure that products, features, and benefits are organized in a way to achieve optimal storage of information and ease of use. This role will also be the key back-up for the manager and provide accurate interpretation of product/benefit information. Responsibilities: serve as a primary product support contact for others (business units, agents, and other support functions), ensure the Central Product Repository is updated timely with product benefit information, support the sales team by fielding questions and ensuring feedback on new product related issues, support the product development and implementation as well as maintenance for assigned products (planning and result monitoring, research, mandate impacts, regulatory and filing issues, and systems integration support), create new product introduction presentations and training, monitor product performance, provide summary analysis, make recommendations to present to business units and management, create and maintain department policies and procedures with the support of the manager, analyze new business plans and changes to existing plans to establish appropriate benefit structures, ensure knowledge of interactions of benefits with medical policy and reimbursement methodologies to ensure that integrated aspect of benefit administration is understood and communicated, have working knowledge of the following (claims system and configuration and claim database in order to act as liaison between product administration and IT to develop appropriate product design and system changes through enhancements), manage projects (determination of project, delegate and oversee tasks through project completion, serve as POC for internal and external customers.If you are not a local candidate but are relocating, please inform me of your arrangements (i.e., date and city/state you are relocating to).Kforce (NASDAQ: KFRC) is a full-service specialty staffing firm providing flexible and permanent staffing solutions for organizations and career management for individuals in the specialty skill areas of information technology, finance & accounting, human resources, engineering, pharmaceutical, health care and scientific.
