Producer Relationship Consultant

This position is responsible for providing Individual producers with accurate and timely information regarding AUL, PML, and State Life products, underwriting requirements, sales information and forms. it will provide producer support via phone, fax, or email and performs a liaison role with Individual Operations to facilitate the exchange of information.
REQUIREMENTS
Five years of customer service experience is required, preferably in a call center with experience in life, health and/or annuity products. The candidate must be detail oriented and have a proven ability to work independently to achieve production goals. A college degree and Series 6 license is preferred. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish speaking) would be a plus. Candidates will be required to take a typing test and type a minimum of 35 words per minute, pass a JEPS test and be willing to work until 6 p.m.
