Private Client Advisor II

Hours/Schedule: 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM Description: Under supervision of the Division Manager, provides a range of credit and non-credit services to meet the financial needs of current and prospective affluent clients. Ensures that credit transactions are structured, priced and underwritten competitively, accurately and in a timely manner within the bank’s policy and standards. Considerable time is spent interviewing loan applicants and compiling and analyzing financial information. Composes underwriting memoranda including a description and background of the borrower, purpose and source of repayment of the loan, discussion of the financial statements, and discussion of the collateral. Assigns risk rating and monitors loan for conformity to terms and any unfavorable trends. Responsible for creating documents for the loan closing. Works closely with Private Client Advisors in structuring loans or in reviewing credit standards. Completes performance appraisal for assigned Administrative Assistant.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training and/or work experience. Six years of related work experience. Demonstrates a strong level of proficiency in the use of personal computers and software packages (such as Microsoft Office).
