Every day.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Aetna Pharmacy Management Installation and Eligibility Department is responsible for coding pharmacy benefits into the systems and trouble shooting member coverage issues for all pharmacy business with Aetna. Provide support for the installation and eligibility staff by triaging the incoming work, managing mailboxes, distributing and handling reports, completing and filing case documentation, managing electronic data storage and other tasks as assigned. Assists with documenting, organizing and maintaining workflows, training materials, and tracking spreadsheets.
REQUIREMENTS
SKILL OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Experience with MS office products especially Excel and Access is essential. Candidate must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. This job will require flexibility, teamwork, and willingness to take direction from other team members.ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION:This is a full-time position that requires a 5-day work week. Core scheduled hours will be 8 am to 4:30 pm. However, schedule flexibility is required in order to provide support to our internal constituents earlier in the day as needed. Career progression for this job would be a move to eligibility consultant or installation coordinator.HOW TO APPLY:
