Plan Services Consultants

Responsible as an individual and as a member of a team for the overall quality of service provided by the team for internal and external customers. Responsible for the core activities of participant/client (client) service, administrative record keeping including accuracy, timeliness, and documentation of communication. Responsible for sharing information with internal customers and bringing decision-making issues/problems to their Supervisor. Must prioritize workload in compliance with established turnaround times and deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires 4-year degree, or 2-year degree and 2 years experience, or 4 years related experience. The Consultant position may require a Series 6 license within 120 days of starting the position. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to handle a heavy caseload and have the ability to prioritize one's work. Must have ability to meet established turnaround times and adhere to department accuracy standards. Must possess strong math, accounting, and analytical abilities. Must be willing to work hours needed to complete the assigned tasks.
