We are now searching for an all-star to join our Recruiting Team. This experienced full-cycle Corporate Recruiter will lead multiple high level requisitions throughout the firm and partner with interview teams to facilitate the hiring of the finest talent. A qualified candidate for this role has an extensive track record of success as an individual contributor, desires a dynamic team oriented setting, and has experience recruiting for a broad array of positions.

Lead individual requisitions for various open corporate searches
Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews
Target and identify qualified candidates
Work within our on-site Recruiting team as an advocate for the firm and Human Capital Group
Interface with external agencies serving as the central point of contact for various requisitions
Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to fill hiring needs in various areas
Build a long term career with a growing global investment manager
REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of five years of corporate recruiting success
Experience in technical and/or sales recruiting a plus
Bachelors degree from a four-year university or college required
Core understanding of full-cycle recruiting – Formal training a plus
Self motivated, disciplined and highly driven to meet goals and deadlines
Outstanding work ethic and dedication
Phenomenal communication, sales and presentation skills
Extremely positive attitude and outlook
