Candidate Must Have :Will play a lead role in defining scope, developing the client solution, estimates and pricing; and /or will lead a team of consultants/contractors (onshore and offshore) through the requirements definition, design, configuration, development, testing, cutover, rollout, and post-implementation support on large scale PeopleSoft HCM projects.
Solid understanding of HCM/HR business processes and leading practices
Able to lead a team for the analysis, design, development and implementation of PeopleSoft HCM 8.8 or 8.9, inclusive of the HR eApps for both Employee and Manager Self-Service (e-Profile, e-Compensation, eRecruit, ePay, eDevelopment, ePerformance)
Experience in the design and development web based self-service applications (including PeopleSoft HR eCollaborative apps)

As a PeopleSoft HCM Application Development Lead/Project Manager you will participate in qualifying and pursuing opportunities; will play a lead role in defining scope, developing the client solution, estimates and pricing; and /or will lead a team of consultants/contractors (onshore and offshore) through the requirements definition, design, configuration, development, testing, cutover, rollout, and post.
At least 3 full SDLC (8+ months) implementations of PeopleSoft HCM with project management/team leadership of a large team (10-20) responsible for application (on-line, batch interfaces, reports & data conversion programs) design, construction and implementation for a medium (10,000 - 15,000 employees) to large client (20,000+); global experience required- Strong English oral and written communications in the production and review of key deliverables and presentations with clients
- Solid understanding of HCM business processes and leading practices
- Able to lead a team for the analysis, design, development and implementation of PeopleSoft HCM 8.8 or 8.9, inclusive of the HR eApps for both Employee and Manager Self-Service (e-Profile, e-Compensation, eRecru )
Must also have prior work experience in 4 or more areas listed below on a significant PeopleSoft HCM engagement:
- project manager managing the following application development teams (Business Process & OnLine/Reporting, Data Conversion, Interfaces, Testing)
- application architect responsible for online, batch, integration, and reporting design, development, and implementation
- team lead of one or more application development teams (Business Process & OnLine/Reporting, Data Conversion, Interfaces, Testing)
- analyst (analysis, design) for on-line development
- analyst (analysis, design) for batch interfaces/reports
- analyst (analysis, design) for data conversion
- developer (coding) for on-line development (PeopleTools/PeopleCode)
- developer (coding) for batch interfaces/reports (App Engine, CI, SQR)
- developer (coding) for data conversion (App Engine, SQR, PL/SQL) Bachelors degree req'd + minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
PMP certification desired, but not required
Since most of our work is performed at client sites, this position requires up to 100% travel.
