PS/SD Integration Manager

Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Integration Manager (IM) is responsible for the standardization, consistency and process integration of the Spiridon USA solution. He is the expert, technically responsible for the solution, the functionality and the scope for USA (BPML).

Job Responsibilities:
1. Compliance with formalities and Spiridon rules as well as process standardization from technical perspective including responsibility for solution design
2. Coordination with Spiridon Global and other AMC’s regarding functional topics in the area (including single point-of-contact for any transport from Global) and coordination of the testing of Global deliveries, including resource coordination
3. Continuous improvement of solution from a process and functional perspective
4. Ensuring the information flow to other IM’s, roll out projects, AM Team Leads regarding changes of functionality
5. Giving the final authorization of transport requests to QA, training and productive system
6. Reporting to Regional Project Coordination from a functional point of view
7. Controlling of regional development of Change Requests with Roll Out Projects and Application Management within the AMC (including approval of Impact Analysis)
8. Owner of Spiridon documentation for respective application area
9. Preparation and support of workshops / presentations according to standard roll-out phases (for example: set-up workshops, user acceptance, data migration,…)
10. Escalation of missing input from realization projects, any other resource or time related problems / shortages to the Project Management and Roll Out Manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

Minimum of 5 years of SAP experience

Experience with PS/SD modules

Completed three life cycle implementations

Team lead experience on a project

Excellent written and verbal communication
