PROJECT DIRECTOR AND QUALITY INMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR

Illinois Foundation for Quality Health Care a Subsidiary of (IFMC) a national leader in health care quality management is recruiting for two positions for a statewide project to beginning November 2006.
Project Director
This position is responsible for managing projects of varying size and complexity, following standardized project management processes. The incumbent will oversee all project related disciplines required for the successful and timely completion of the project. The incumbent will develop effective relationships with internal and external customers. The candidate must have a Masters Degree from an accredited college or university in areas such as Public Health Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, experience working with Developmental Disabilities Program & support systems. Must have extensive experience in interpreting the Federal ICF/MR Guidelines.
Quality Improvement CoordinatorResponsibilities include, on site visits, relationship building, serving as a resource and providing education to facilities and providers. The candidate must have 3-5 years of quality improvement experience in a health care setting. Knowledge and experience with Developmentally Disabled populations and extensive experience in interpreting the federal ICF/MR guidelines.
