PROJECT COORDINATOR FOR BIODIESEL OPERATION:

The Doe Fund is a non-profit organization that empowers people to break the cycles of homelessness, welfare dependency and incarceration through innovative work and housing programs.

Our mission is to develop and implement cost-efficient, holistic programs that comprehensively meet the needs of a diverse homeless population.

We are presently expanding and looking for a Project Coordinator for our BioDiesel Operation.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

-Responsible for creating and implementing marketing and public relations strategies including but not limited to identifying and outreach to food service clients, press and community communications

-Primary contact for all food service establishments, TDF staff, and the general public.

-Oversee day to day operations of waste oil pick ups to ensure the highest level of efficiency and customer service.

-Design and implement routing system.

-Manage client sign up process and communicate regularly with driver about all new clients.

-Respond to and solve client comments and concerns by refining system operations.

-Oversee operation budget and purchasing.

-Manage yellow grease delivery schedule and sales process.

-Forecast operation growth and implement expansion plan.

-Administrative duties as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

-College degree required.

-3 or more years experience in marketing, communications or small business operations.

-Detail and multitask oriented.

-Entrepreneurial minded.

-Proficient with MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook).

-Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills a must.

-Demonstrates initiative, desire and ability to handle additional
