We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Strategic Consulting Team located in Atlanta, GA. The Strategic Consulting Team creates value-added, actionable strategies to align clients' real estate activities with broader business objectives.

PROJECT COORDINATOR - Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:
Work with a team of transaction managers on a land disposition program
Assist transaction managers in assembling and reviewing client deliverables
Manage contract flow
Enter new property data into database
Coordinate meeting space, lodging, and meals for annual broker meetings
Some minor administrative functions (10-15% of role), such as maintaining files for contracts and brokers, and keeping supplies on hand for client deliverables
Work on an expanding client assignment that will offer future opportunities for professional growth
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree with an interest in real estate
Relevant experience is a plus
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
