Stephen James Associates (www.stephenjames.com), a member of the Allegis Group Network (www.allegisgroup.com), is looking for experienced and talented recruiters to join their team in Fairfax, VA. Our Fairfax office services the Washington DC and Northern Virginia market.

Ideal Profiles:
Recruiters and/or staffing sales professionals
Professional experience recruiting and placing Accounting & Financial, Banking, HR and Sales & Marketing professionals. Business Development experience marketing those services is a major plus. A BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or business related field is strongly preferred.

Accounting & Finance Professionals from PUBLIC ACCOUNTING (Big 4, regionals and local firms). Industry professionals in the areas of corporate accounting, finance and audit.

The specific needs we are looking to address are:
1. DEDICATED PROFESSIONAL RECRUITERS
2. SEARCH CONSULTANTS to "run their own desk" - these positions are more geared towards our contingency search service line. In this role you are responsible for recruiting senior to executive level professionals and marketing our services to prospective clients.
3. PRACTICE DIRECTORS for Accounting & Finance ; Human Resources; Sales & Marketing and Banking
