The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of opportunities, proposals and projects, both in terms of detailed knowledge of the solution, delivery and the commercial aspects. Job Responsibilities This Partner will have full responsibility for the full life cycle of services proposals through to the successful delivery of these across the Asia Pacific Region. He/she will be responsible for developing and sustaining working relationships with our current Partnership community in assigned industries or practices. This role requires the ability develop and review bid proposals with the Industry peers and to ensure that margins and profitability are maintained not only in the tender process, but also throughout the full delivery cycle. The PQO Partner will have full cross industry visibility of all deliverable programmes/projects from a One Unisys perspective , consulting on risk issues and mitigation approaches. The PQO Partner will conduct in-depth project and proposal reviews covering engagement quality, financial viability, and risk management. As an independent reviewer the Partner will be expected to be engaged throughout the business development and delivery cycle for the portfolio of opportunities, proposals and projects. For the major engagements, the Partner must have knowledge of the solution performance, delivery status and commercial aspects, and keep abreast of the financial and risk management actions. The ability to develop and sustain working relationships with Partners, Project Managers, and specialists in Business Development, Contracts, Pricing, Solutions, Legal and Delivery is essential. The Partner will serve as advisor to the practices' and projects' leadership teams and specialists throughout project life cycles. The Partner will participate in proposal reviews to the final deal review and contractual approval. This includes performing the required due diligence and providing advice regarding deal structure, statement of work, RFP requirements, work plan, technical solution, teaming agreements, contractual terms, financial parameters, cash flows and risk management. The Partner must exercise sound business judgment to ensure that proposals meet acceptable business and financial metrics and aggressively `take on` difficult deal issues and works them to resolution. The Partner must ensure that proposals are reviewed in compliance with standards and practices. The PQO Partner will also schedule and conduct project Quality Assurance Reviews with the project partner and team regarding the delivery status, project risks and mitigation plans, and internal (Unisys) and external project issues-resolution plans. The Partner will advise project managers on project management techniques, best practices and margin improvement opportunities and consult on project risk issues and mitigation approaches.Travel Requirements: 51 - 75 %
