Outsourcing Advisory Services provides a comprehensive methodology, related toolset and practice capability to advise clients on all aspects of IT/BPO/ADM Outsourcing strategy/ offshoring/nearshoring/rightshoring - all capabilities are aligned and integrated with Outsourcing methodology which include: Initial strategic planning, business case development, outsourcing service procurement, communications, operating model redesign and organizational restructuring, relocation/transition management, post-transition monitoring and location portfolio assessment and restructuring.
 
We are seeking a Senior Manager who has 7-10 years consulting experience and strong knowledge and experience with Outsourcing Advisory transactions. The individual must possess the ability to: determine core vs. non-core functions of a company; analyze and present value-added recommendations for using
outsourcing and knowledge in structuring outsourcing deals.  A Senior Manager should have strong management skills and the ability lead multiple projects. The Senior Manager will be required to contribute to OAS practice intellectual property and participate in eminence building events. Must possess experience with ITO/ BPO/ADM transactions. This candidate will manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. A Senior Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing senior client relationships and leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution. This candidate will be well versed in Strategy and Operations within the Outsourcing arena. The candidate should be skilled in identifying sales opportunities for the Outsourcing Advisory Services (OAS) practice and should have the ability to build strong, long lasting relationships with current and
prospective clients.  A Senior Manager will be required to be a key contributor to OAS market facing initiatives. A Senior Manager must possess strong leadership and management skills and the ability to lead sales and delivery of OAS initiatives.  Should possess  direct experience with large outsourcing transactions including offshoring. A University degree is required; MBA preferred. Extensive travel required.
