Our Outsourcing Advisory Services (OAS) practice strives to make our client's outsourcing process as seamless as possible by leveraging solutions that integrate strategy consulting, program management, change management, human capital, tax, real estate and global sourcing.
 
Our Outsourcing Advisory team offer a broad scope of services to help our clients address their outsourcing and offshoring decisions and to make the optimal strategic decision for their firm.
 
We are seeking Consultants who possess a consulting background and industry specific knowledge of Outsourcing and offshoring. Successful candidates must have experience with one or more of the following skill sets: Strategic Assessments, Developing RFP's and Business Cases, Assisting with Vendor Selection and Due Diligence, Guiding Contract Negotiation, Managing
Transition Support and Contract Restructuring as well as Termination.
 
Must possess experience with ITO, ADM or BPO transactions. Extensive travel required.
 
Consultants provide accurate analysis and diagnostics of client issues.  They manage day-to-day client relationships.  Consultants develop exposure and familiarity with multiple industries while achieving task and skill competence in the tool sets and services of the Outsourcing Advisory Services.  Consultants will assist in proposal development.  Consultants must have 1 - 3 years of relevant Outsourcing or Management Consulting experience.  University degree required.Deloitte & Touche USA LLP and its subsidiaries ("the Deloitte US Firms") are equal opportunity employers.Deloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, its member firms and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates.
