bility to work directly with middle to senior management as well as employees throughout client organizations Ability to use broad business knowledge and specific knowledge of outsourcing/offshoring in helping clients through the O/O lifecycle - analyze, transact, implement, manage/optimize, terminate Demonstrated project management skills, including working with a diverse team, developing staff, managing project budgets and developing and maintaining strong client relationships Experience in analyzing performance metrics, risks, and controls Cost/budget management experience Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities Proven ability to interpret information gathered, and develop and present (orally and in writing) sound business conclusions Group facilitation and presentation skills Moderate to in-depth experience in one or more of the following outsourcing/offshoring specialty areas with working knowledge in the remaining areas: O/O front-end analysis - what to outsource/offshore, risk and compliance considerations, process and control reviews, captive sub design, etc. O/O arrangement definition, vendor/locale selection, due diligence, governance definition, Contract definition and negotiation, including SLA’s, ongoing monitoring, financial structuring, termination considerations, etc O/O planning and implementation Direct management of O/O operations (working for O/O or captive sub) O/O terminations/unwinding bad O/O arrangements Experience with O/O domains such as IT outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing (Financial, HR, Core Business Processes within an industry)
Managers will have: Proven ability to successfully manage (day-to-day basis) O/O projects having limited complexity (i.e., delivered on time/budget, meeting or exceeding client expectations) and lead significant work streams within larger, more complex engagement Ability to design deliverables and proposals that address client needs (incl., scoping work products that meet or exceed client expectations) Ability to assist in the selling process as a subject matter expert and contribute to the development of detailed project scope/deliverable design and workplans Ability to assist with client development efforts and help manage client relations during the business development process Ability to develop new business, primarily by leveraging client relationships on existing engagements Minimum of five to seven years of progressive professional experience evaluating, delivering, and / or managing in a complex O/O environment(s)
