Organizational Development Specialist

Job Description:
Develop and administer succession planning and executive development programs and high-quality business skills training. Design and develop process for identifying, retaining and developing high-potential employees. Serve as an internal consultant on organization development and design issues. As a member of the Learning and Development organization, successful candidate will have the ability to develop and deliver training programs and consult with customers on performance related issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years experience in developing and administering leadership and professional development programs. Organizational design/effectiveness experience and design and delivery of high quality training programs required. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and strong presentation and writing abilities. Manufacturing experience a plus. Master's degree preferred.
