RESPONSIBILITIES: Organizational Development and Design consultants will provide consulting, facilitation and project management services to corporate and divisional business units. Services include, but are not limited to, aligning organizational structure to business needs, assessing performance gaps/ recommending solutions, assimilating new managers, and supporting organizational change. Successful consultants must possess expert knowledge of the following HR functional areas: Talent management, Performance Management, competency models, career planning, succession planning, leadership development and compensation.
EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED: Experience (5 years minimum) developing and implementing programs and processes that drive a performance culture Demonstrated ability to organize and lead change initiatives and project teams Demonstrated facilitation skills Excellent consulting and client engagement skills Strong written and oral communication, service orientation, and social interaction skills Exceptional planning and organizational skills in a fast-paced, deadline driven atmosphere Collaborates well across functions, divisions and with teamEDUCATION: Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field
