The Organization and Change Group helps clients to lead and sustain change initiatives in order to improve performance. Our change initiatives include mergers and restructurings, regulatory programs, new strategy, workforce transition, new market focus, and
technology/process transformations. Our Services include communications, cultural assessment/alignment, all aspects of change management, technology and regulatory adoption, workforce strategies and organization strategies, learning and development.
Due to our aggressive growth plans and successful performance to-date, we are looking to add talented Senior Consultants to our team. Senior Consultants are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:
Must have experience in the planning, designing, development, delivery of communication in few to many of the following settings:
1. Mergers & restructuring
2. Regulatory programs
3. New strategy
4. Workforce transition
5. New market focus
6. Technology/process transformations
- Experience in a relevant industry or consulting team-oriented environment
- Ideally, have significant communication with large-scale technology implementations (SAP,
PeopleSoft, Siebel, etc.), BPR, M&A…… etc.
- Developed and executed work plans, strategy documents, communication materials to increase organizational effectiveness
- Provided coaching to business leaders in delivery of communication materials
- Corporate or marketing communications experience in a relevant industry or consulting team-oriented environment
- Developed and implemented internal and external communication strategies in conjunction with large-scale change management initiatives
- 5 years of experience in an industry of consulting team-oriented communications atmosphere
- 5+ years experience within communication related functions (Corporate/communications, and Advertising & Marketing)
- 1-2+ years leading project teams of 2-10 resources on relevant engagements or projects
- Masters Degree/MBA highly preferred/MA Communications preferred
