Job Description
The Supply Chain Delivery group focuses on optimizing our client's supply chain by providing an operational decision generating solution, with technology as a key enabler. Supply Chain Delivery is responsible for best practice methodologies and solutions to develop and analyze structural and operational options to produce, move, and sell merchandise products across market-level supply/demand chains. Our skilled professionals use their experiences with leading supply chain software to develop solutions that meet our client's needs.

Supply Chain Delivery professionals combine their subject matter expertise with knowledge of supply chain Oracle software, such as Oracle 11i. Integrating such software with ERP packaged software such as SAP, Oracle, or Peoplesoft is often required.

Sample projects include:
Demand planning - forecast market changes that increases our client's customer service levels, and define processes that produce a single view of demand across the enterprise
Supply planning - synchronize the supplier, manufacturing, distribution and customer links in the supply chain that maximize our client's operational effectiveness
Transportation planning - synchronize the inbound, outbound and intermodal transportation moves that drive down our client's operational costs
Service parts management - define solutions to optimize post sales support to customers including network optimization and stocking strategies, forecasting, budgeting for inventory investments, replenishment planning and fulfillment operations

Key responsibilities may include:
• Supervising application design and architecture components
• Supervising process and functional design activities
• Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
• Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
• Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities
• Planning and executing data conversion activities
• Driving test planning and execution

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications

We seek candidates with approximately 2-4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
•Experience as a supply chain professional (product lifecycle management, collaborative planning (customers or suppliers), forecaster/demand planner, buyer/supply planner, manufacturing planner, logistics manager/transportation planner, finite scheduling, capacity planning, sales & operations planning, inventory manager, procurement analyst etc.)
•Experience implementing Supply Chain in the following application is required: Oracle SCM - 11i (11.5.9 or 11.5.10); Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning; Oracle Demand Planning; Oracle Collaborative Planning
•Candidate must be open to 100% travel
•Consulting experience with a major firm a plus
•Knowledge of supply chain management and optimization principles and concepts
•Bachelor's Degree required

Professional Skill Requirements

•Experience integrating supply chain planning applications with ERP packaged software such as SAP, Oracle, or Peoplesoft
•Working knowledge of any of the following: Service Parts Management business processes; Logistics/manufacturing planning and/or operational processes; Supplier relationship management and electronic procurement processes; Business financials and key business performance indicators
