Oracle HRMS Functional Consultants

***Can be located in most major US cities, must have a Bachelors Degree and be able to travel 100% during the week***

Global Professional Services Firm, located all over the US, is currently seeking Oracle 11i Functional HR Consultants at all levels.
Candidates will be responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance. Oracle professionals have skills in delivering Oracle Application solutions. The focus is on architecting a solution using Oracle Apps to achieve a defined business outcome. The Oracle Apps suite includes solutions for specific industries, ERP, CRM, HR, SCM and Business Intelligence. Individuals possess skills in Oracle Apps process design and configuration, Oracle Apps design, development, integration, testing and deployment, and Oracle Apps technical architecture.

Key responsibilities may include:
* Supervising application design and architecture components
* Supervising process and functional design activities
* Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
* Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
* Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities
* Planning and executing data conversion activities
* Driving test planning and execution

Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of Oracle implementation experience with HRMS
Other Oracle 11i HR areas: Payroll, OAB, Benefits, or iRecruitment
* 100% Travel required (Monday-Friday)
* Bachelor's degree required
