This position requires a minimum of 75% travel nationally
 
Position: Senior Consultant - Oracle HR
Locations:  San Francisco or Seattle 
 
Human Capital is a Deloitte & Touche USA LLP global consulting practice focused on helping our clients transform their HR functions by aligning their human capital strategies with their business strategies and objectives. 
 
The HR Transformation service line focuses on assisting organizations to design develop and implement leading edge HR service delivery solutions.  Our HR Transformation projects focus on ERP HR implementations, process design, shared services, outsourcing, portals, and point solutions.  We are looking for individuals with a strong knowledge of HR operations and technology, with an emphasis and approach from a business perspective.  
As a Senior
Consultant, you will be expected to support delivery of HR Transformation related engagement's. 
 
Required qualifications:
   3+ Full life cycles with Oracle HR implementations
   Configuration experience with Oracle HR
   Experience working with global organizations is preferred
   The candidate must have 4+ years of HR consulting or internal corporate HR consulting experience and at least a Bachelors degree in a related field. 
 
 
Project and People Management
  Team lead experience including: starting to manage some of the  day-to-day client relationships and expectations, use of project management tools, delivery against project plans, prioritization of tasks, and risk management
Human Capital Senior Consultants function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions.  Responsibilities include, among others, performing current state analysis, defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training,
defining support procedures and implementation. Senior Consultants perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels.  They develop exposure and familiarity with multiple industries while achieving task and skill competence in the tool sets and services of the practices within the firm. Senior Consultants will assist in proposal development, as requested.  
 
Requirements:
Senior Consultants must have 4+ years of relevant industry or consulting experience. 
An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
