Oracle Applications Team Lead

Responsibilities: This individual will serve as the Oracle Application Team Lead for one of BearingPoint’s managed application services clients. They will be primarily responsible for managing a multi-talented team of Oracle Applications practitioners in a support model to provide application management services. They will manage and be managed to maintain/exceed service level agreement metrics. They will manage the client’s application landscape, ensuring the health of the applications and databases meets service level metrics. They will ensure the operational run books are accurate and maintained. They will oversee the managed application transition of the applications into a production run support environment. They will serve as an escalation point, and provide BearingPoint Managed Application Services management ongoing status reports of client service level metrics, trouble ticket information, and customer satisfaction issues/improvements.Key Skills:

Applicant must have previous experience as team lead. Develop, communicate, and lead the client’s senior level leadership through strategic and tactical plans for managing support and ongoing project activities.

responsible for managing a multi-talented team of Oracle Applications practitioners to provide application management services to their BearingPoint client, which maintain/exceed the client’s Service Level Agreement metrics.

provide Oracle Applications technical and functional mentoring to support personnel, and business advisory/analysis for their BearingPoint client.

ensure resolution of month-end close problems in Oracle Applications, and ensure resolution of all trouble tickets per the client’s and BearingPoint’s metrics.

responsible for ensuring the operational run books are accurate and maintained.

oversee the managed application transition of their client into a production run support environment.

oversee development work for their assigned client.

serve as escalation point for their assigned client.

responsible for analyzing their client’s environments and trouble tickets to find and implement improvements to maximize customer satisfaction, reduce trouble ticket volumes, resolve chronic problems, and move work/tasks to lower cost resources.

provide ongoing status reports of client service level metrics, trouble ticket information, and customer satisfaction issues/improvements.

serve as escalation point for their client’s and managed application services personnel to expedite resolution of Oracle TARs with Oracle.Relocation is available to the Greater Washington DC area from anywhere in the United States. We will not accept travelers on this role.
