This position requires direct interaction with the Business at all levels in regards to Prepaid information services as well as direct interaction with Comverse (the vendor) and will manage all data feeds from the Comverse RTBS platform to all downstream environments and reports in support of Prepaid Services.The person selected for this position will need to possess strong skills to enable them to fully understand this application from a technical standpoint including data content as well as the program code used in the daily processes.This person will be responsible for and perform all operational/application support tasks as well as develop and implement all changes to the application. This will include:Researching, correcting application code, testing and driving resolution on production issues.
Determine requirements from an account management point of view for requested enhancements working closely with the Business and the Vendor
Translate the Business needs into an IT perspective and write technical requirements/designs for new enhancements
Code, test and implement new enhancements based on the requirements/designs and Business sign off.
Leading and coordinating all efforts with the Vendor for issues and enhancements. This includes coordinating testing and implementation.Responsibilities include:Ensure successful completion of daily scheduled report delivery.
Ensure successful completion of daily extract feeds to other internal Alltel groups.
Provide application support to include correction, tracking and reporting of processing failures and issues.
Provide application support for new enhancements required by the Business including SQL changes, testing and implementation.
Monitor, track and report on data quality.
Vendor relationship management
Consistent contact with the Business and other recipients of the data to understand and meet their needs.This person should possess the following skills:Strong SQL knowledge

REQUIREMENTS
Education:Bachelors degree in a technical field or 6 years professional level related technical experience; 4+ years professional level related business experience is required.Qualifications:Experience with Alltel Prepaid data as well as other business applications: VII, CellWare, or Information Warehouse. Knowledge of Alltel's Business functions, including Marketing, is a plus.
