Operations Specialist Consultant
Purpose:
Our client, a world leader in financial services and global financial support, is seeking an Operations Specialist consultant. You will provide daily trade support to the various Traders and Brokers.
On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for processing, confirming, reconciling, and settling trades for various products, including Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income. You will also maintain extensive contact with the company's Sales force, customers, and colleagues worldwide. Ideally, you will be current with financial markets, trends, and events.
To be qualified for this position, you must have 1-2 years experience in a trade support role, preferably within Operations. The best candidates possess strong analytic, quantitative, and problem solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must also be proficient with Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word. If you also have a 4-year college degree in business, you are a preferred candidate.
